Abhijit Shaha is the Vice President of Product, Design, and Customer Success at Cropin, the Agtech pioneer and the world's most advanced AI platform for food and agriculture.

At Cropin, Abhijit leads both product development and customer success, ensuring that Cropin’s clients derive maximum value from its industry-leading agri-food solutions. As the product head, he focuses on scaling Cropin's flagship offering, Cropin Cloud, and building the next generation of AI-powered agri-food intelligence solutions tailored to different customer segments.

With over two decades of diverse experience, Abhijit began his career as a software engineer at Capgemini and John Deere. After earning his MBA from Oxford University, UK, he has honed his technical and management skills at both renowned startups and multinational companies.

Abhijit is a two-time entrepreneur. His second startup, originally named RentSher, transitioned to the Middle East as Hafla, specializing in product rentals. His decade-long product management journey includes healthcare at Philips, agri-tech at Monsanto-Bayer, eCommerce at Amazon, and voice assistants at Google. Of all these areas, Agtech has always been his passion, leading him to return to this sector.

Outside of work, Abhijit enjoys reading, writing, paper cutting, and exploring local flora with his family. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Ketaki and their 11-year-old son Kiyansh.
